Revista Brasileira de Ferreomodelismo - Model Train Journal by Frateschi

In Brazil, there is an association that is seriously engaged in reappraising the history of railways and model railways in South America. This association is called “Associação Paranaense de Ferreomodelismo e Memória Ferroviária”, abbreviated to APFMF. One - almost scientific - task of the association is the digitisation of historical railway journals and railway books. One digitisation project of APFMF focussed on the famous model train journal “Revista Brasileira de Ferreomodelismo” published by Frateschi between 1988 and 1992.

Undoubtedly, this journal was of fundamental importance for the model railway scene in Brazil. For this reason, ten issues of this great journal are offered for download below. Pilentum Television and APFMF would like to thank Indústrias Reunidas Frateschi that kindly granted authorization to digitize and publish these ten issues. Please note, that the Brazilian company Frateschi is still the owner of all rights to this model train journal which was written in Portuguese language. On this website, the .pdf documents are published for scientific and historical purposes of model railway enthusiasts only.
