Normally, you would expect that this model train layout was built in the US. But it was made in Germany. This model railroad layout, some say city edge layout, was built in HO scale. It was presented at the great Eurospoor Model Expo in Utrecht. On the layout, the electrified railway line between New York and Philadelphia is presented.
The railway display is absolutely perfect and worth seeing because everywhere, for example on the streets, at the cars, at the buildings and at the locomotives, specialists and model builders have done a great job in weathering. All components have been completely weathered. And, the scenery looks almost like reality.
